Reason # 5231 why I love being a photographer: I get to capture memories for couples venturing into parenthood- before AND after their little love enters the world.
You may remember a sneak peek of a maternity session I had earlier this year. This mom and dad-to-be made our La Jolla beach session so fun, it felt like I was hanging out with friends… So much so that I almost crashed their dinner date after our shoot to hang out longer. I spared them a third wheel at dinner, but only because I knew I would get to hang out again when their sweet baby arrived.
Our reunion took place in their home for their lifestyle newborn session and I had the pleasure of meeting their brand new baby girl. This beautiful little lady was voted best hair at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns. [Check out those luscious locks!] At home she’s been voted Most Likely to Steal Your Heart, and Best Snuggler.
I love witnessing parents fall completely in love with their babies. I know from my own experience of becoming a Mom it’s an incredible feeling, and I enjoy capturing the journey for my clients.
