Do you have a gratitude journal? I started one a few years ago and I try to jot down things I am thankful for each day. It is a simple task but helps shift my focus to being grateful instead of worried, stressed, frustrated, or any other undesirable feeling. ⠀ Today I’m thankful for our beautiful San Diego beaches; this summer we’ve gone more than any other summer I can remember. We visit the beach so often my kids aren’t even excited some days. [#spoiled]⠀ If the sun decides to come out and join us at the beach today I’ll be writing that in my gratitude journal tonight. ☀️ What will you show gratitude for today?
