BEING QUARANTINED IS STRANGE, DIFFICULT, AND FORCES US TO SLOW DOWN. I DECIDED I WANTED TO DOCUMENT MY FAMILY’S TIME AT HOME AS A CREATIVE PROJECT AND CHALLENGE TO MYSELF. In San Diego WE ARE CURRENTLY ON DAY 17. Here ARE SOME OF THE PHOTOS I’VE CAPTURED thus FAR.
Although quarantine is not ideal and really difficult some days, I know it is necessary to help stop the spread of this crazy virus. I’ve also found that I appreciate the quality time with my family when we aren’t obligated to do anything but be home together. We have been playing tons of games, cooking together, and enjoying family dinners each night. We’ve been spending a ton of time in our backyard [thank you gorgeous San Diego weather!], and I’m looking forward to tackling some of the home projects that we’ve been putting off. These photos I’ve been capturing help me appreciate this time instead of being resentful that our normal life has been interrupted and parts of it canceled. What are some things you’re able to appreciate from this time of quarantine?
